PLEASE READ BELOW FOR DETAILS:

• Exhibitors will be set-up FROM 5:30 am - 1:45 pm (continental breakfast, lunch and wrap party appetizers are provided)
• There will be approximately 30 Exhibitor Booths available. Each booth is a 10'x10' area with a 6 ft. table. All Exhibitor Booths include registration for 2 company representatives. 
• There will be approximately 60 table-tops available. Each table-top is a 6 ft. table. All table-tops include registration for 2 company representatives.
• You have the option to add electric to your booth or table for a $75.00 charge. You can add that during your registration. 
• You have the option to add additional representatives for a $60.00 charge. You can add that during your registration.  
• All booths and tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. Diamond and platinum sponsors have already been given the opportunity to register for a booth or table.
• The floor plan is shown below. Booths are located around the outer edges of the floorplan (#1-30) and will have pipe and drape. Tables are located in the middle section of the floorplan (#31-90) and will not have pipe and drape but will be tableclothed. Attendees will enter at Booth 17. 
• Staff will contact you once your booth or table number is reserved.
• All exhibitors must agree to the Chapter suitcasing policy on the registration page.
• Additional details for set-up, parking and loading will be made available in September.
