Sponsorship Instructions


Diamond Sponsors have been given first right at a choice of a sponsorship. All sponsorships sold will be noted as "sold" at registration. Sponsorships will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. 


All sponsors will be recognized in the Chapter magazine, social media and on the website.


Any sponsoring company manning a hole will be given a cart to help in getting their materials to the hole and getting to and from the club house.

This sponsorship entitles you to have a company representative drive around the course and hand out your cigars. You are encouraged to bring enough cigars with your company logo for distribution.

Players will participate in a Putting Contest throughout the day. Sponsor is required to be there to determine distance to hole and overall winner.

Once the golfers hit anywhere on the green, they will be able to move their ball to a 3 foot putt.

High Roll Dice (Sold Out)

This will be on a Par 4. The sponsor rep will be stationed at the tee box of a specified hole. One person from each foursome will have the opportunity to roll giant dice. Depending on the number they roll, it will determine how many yards closer to the hole the foursome will be able to tee off.

Photography Sponsor (Sold Out)

Sponsor is provided a golf cart with signage and a copy of the foursome list. Sponsor is responsible for driving around the course and taking photos of each foursome, printing the photos (1 per player), and providing a custom paper frame with the chapter and sponsor logo. Sponsor also provides the chapter with all the photos electronically.
