Due to the continuing restrictions of COVID-19 and our concern for the health of our members, our Chapter has elected to hold a Virtual Expo this year. The educational programming will be given through a webinar format, and we will be providing Virtual Breakout Rooms for attendees to meet with our vendors.
It's Just Business... Nothing Personal
Homeowners volunteer their time and effort to serve on Condo or Homeowner Associations; however, once a homeowner joins a condo or HOA Board of Directors, they are running a business that is the association. Their responsibility should be taken just as serious. Sometimes this can be lost on volunteers who join boards to help their neighbors and friends as favors are given and corners are cut.
