Summary

To ensure the safety of our members, we will not be running our bus from the Eastern Shore to the Annual Symposium & Expo at Martin's West in Baltimore, MD this year. Instead, we will be holding a mini-Expo on the Eastern Shore!


The focus of this event is to use the lessons we learned in 2020 to improve how homeowners and community managers can work together to better run Associations moving forward.


Join us for a day of education, Expo, and socialization!


Our educational topics will include:

  • An update on Maryland and Delaware Legislation
  • In-person and virtual communication within your Association
  • How to use technology to improve efficiency in your Association
  • Working with business partners through challenging times


Managers can earn 5 hours of continuing education credits for attending!
