Our Sponsorships for 2022 are now available! Join our Chapter for another exciting year of education, social events, and more! 


Below are the descriptions of available sponsorships and their benefits. Business Partners and Management Companies must be a member of the Chesapeake Region Chapter in good standing to become a sponsor. 


  • Breakfast and Delmarva Sponsorships are also available. Event specific sponsorships (Annual Golf Outing, Expo, and Annual Social) will be sent out closer to the 2022 events. Estimated pricing can be found in our Sponsorship Booklet.

Beginning in 2022, there will be no first right of refusals for event sponsorships. Diamond Sponsors will receive early access to sponsorships as part of their benefits.

5 Seminars/Webinars are scheduled for 2022. We are planning 3 in-person events and 2 virtual events.

Sponsorship includes:

  • introduce their Management Company at one of our BLDW
  • include a 1-page mailer in the Board Resource Kit that is mailed to Board Member Attendees
