He is the cochair of the Education Committee for the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI. He is an inventor, having recently received his second patent from the United States Patent and Trademark of Office, holds a BA Cum laude in International Relations from Canisius College, Buffalo NY and is a US Army Veteran.
Charles E. Kirk, P.E. Senior Mechanical Engineer at TRC Engineering Mr. Kirk has over 20 years of experience in engineering consulting, project management, and commissioning. Mr. Kirk is the Managing Member of Ted Ross Consulting, LLC and oversees the mechanical engineering for the company.

Chris Petrik, CMCA, AMS, PCAM General Manager at Silo Point Condominium Chris has been in the Community Management industry for the past 9 years, 6 of which have been with FirstService Residential. Prior to moving to Baltimore in 2018, to become the General Manager of a luxury high-rise condominium, he was a portfolio manager in Mrytle Beach, South Carolina managing HOA's, COA's and Master Associations. Since his move to Baltimore, Chris has managed nearly 50 capital improvement projects from conception to final walkthrough.
