Refund Policy

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are non-refundable except when the Chapter cannot meet its obligations to the sponsor due to unforeseen circumstances. Once it has been established the Chapter cannot meet its obligations, the Chapter can offer new services to fulfill the requirements of a sponsorship. If the sponsor does not feel these new services meet the original benefits of the Sponsorship, the sponsor may ask for a full or partial refund. If none of the sponsorship benefits have been fulfilled by the Chapter, a full refund will be given. If some of the requirements have been fulfilled, a pro-rated refund will be given to the sponsor.

Golf Foursome – A refund for a foursome will be granted if the foursome can be filled by another group. The Chapter is not responsible for finding the replacement, but it will work with the original purchaser if there are other organizations on a waitlist for the event.
