She has been in the Community Management industry for over ten years. She has managed the sites of high-rise condominiums, developing communities and large-scale homeowner associations throughout Montgomery County and now Washington DC. Ariana has just joined the FirstService Residential Team & has earned her CMCA, AMS, & PCAM credentials.

Over the years, Michelle has served on the Board of several homeowners, civic, and volunteer associations as well as the Education and Magazine Committees for the CAI Chesapeake Chapter. She is excited to be a co-host for the 2024 Large-Scale Conference and hopes to continue her volunteer service with the local Chapter and CAI National.
