Rebecca Clemson-Petrik CMCA, AMS, PCAM has been in the
community association industry for the past 12 years, working with FirstService Residential for the past 9. As a Regional Manager for the Maryland East team, she oversees onsite managers throughout the Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. Rebecca has been a part of the Education Committee for the past 3 years and has participated in two breakfast seminar panels. She is excited to have been elected to the Board of Directors, to step up and fill a larger role in the Chapter. She looks forward to promoting the continued growth of this Chapter and enhancing the value it provides to its members. Outside of Community Management, which can be difficult because faded shutters are a major pet peeve that sometimes cannot be ignored outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, travel (go away COVID) and wine tasting. Wayne Hosking has more than 25 years-experience in the
engineering and construction field. His work involves the coordination of engineering projects from predesign through construction and final acceptance. His practice includes an array of commercial development, repositioning, preservation and capital maintenance projects. In this role Mr. Hosking maintains a strong communication link between his clientele, his staff, design team and project engineers. Prior to joining CSG, Mr. Hosking served as a Vice President of The Allied Defense Group, Inc. where he ran the corporate strategy and merger and acquisition shop for this publicly traded holding company. Mr. Hosking held this position until finalizing the sales of each of the company’s globally distributed assets. Prior to joining The Allied Defense Group, Mr. Hosking worked for two different engineering and construction firms. His engineering and construction work included commercial development and infrastructure projects as well as industrial, power, and natural resources. With more than 16 years of banking experience, he has held roles in business banking and retail banking leadership at Truist's predecessor bank BB&T. Passionate about the community association industry, Tavarious serves as Membership Committee Co-Chair of the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of CAI. He also serves as Gold Star Community Committee Chair of the Keystone Chapter of CAI. Previously, he served as a Board Member of the Equality Chamber of Commerce for the DC Metro region. Alicia is a community manager with HPS Management and has a diverse portfolio, specializing in both communities under construction and historic properties with protective easements. Prior to becoming a community manager, Alicia was a teacher for nearly a decade, and she relies on her background as an educator to teach Boards and homeowners about ethical self-governance, sustainable facilities maintenance, and stewardship of shared spaces. Alicia serves as Chair of the Communications and Marketing Committee and volunteers on the Newsletter Committee of the Chesapeake Chapter, and she believes that the solution to any problem begins with education. Ariana graduated from Hood College, in Frederick, MD, with a B.A. in Political Science. She has been in the Community Management industry for the past ten years. She has managed the sites of high-rise condominiums, developing communities and large-scale homeowner associations throughout Montgomery County. Ariana is currently with Property Management People, Inc. & has earned her CMCA, AMS, and PCAM credentials. Looking forward, she hopes to begin working on her LSM designation and submit her current large-scale site, Maple Lawn in Columbia, MD, for CAI’s Community of the Year Association Award!
