Who says insurance can't be fun? This seminar will include some light hearted humor while you enjoy an in-depth review and interaction with experts from various related professions about topics relevant to community association risks. There will be a focus on understanding and reducing the personal liability assumed by Directors, Officers, Board Members, and Resident Volunteers and how these exposures correlate with community management.

The presenters will also discuss important topics such as when and how to file a claim, discrimination, D&O liability, social engineering, mold, and other complex and pressing issues affecting associations. In addition, this program will review the most common errors made in designing community insurance programs.
