This webinar will answer questions such as:
When should your community file a claim? What information will you need? What is the process of filing and what to expect after filing?
Our scheduled panel will include a community manager, insurance agent, insurance adjustor, and a case study will be used to guide the attendees through a real-life example of filing an insurance claim.

John Blackburn Former General Manager, The Colonnade
John Blackburn Former General Manager, The Colonnade John has 20 years of experience as a General Manager in high rise condos at multiple locations in the DC area. During that time, he dealt with many water events. John holds a BS (Engineering) from the University of Michigan and MBA (Corporate Finance) from New York University.
Kevin Liney Assistant Vice President at Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY) Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business & Finance from Mt. St. Mary’s University and has been in the insurance claims industry for over 30 years, most of which has been in commercial property. Kevin has worked the last 20 years with Philadelphia Insurance company starting as a claims examiner and working his way up as a manager and eventually to the Assistant Vice President role for the last 8 years. In 2019 Kevin was the recipient of the Philadelphia Insurance Company’s PHLY Seals Award which is given to exemplary employees.
Sami Satouri President at Quest Benefits, Inc. Sami holds a master’s degree from Montana State University and holds a financial planning degree from the College for Financial Planning and has over 25 years of experience as a proven leader in the field of risk management. Sami is a CAI Educated Business Partner and is a very active member of the Chesapeake Region Chapter of Community Associations Institute as well as the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute and has provided various educational presentations to these associations’ membership. Sami is the recent recipient of the Small Business Administration’s SCORE Program 2018 Distinguished Service Award, where he mentored 100’s of up-and-coming business owners and led workshops for over 12 years on the importance of risk management. He works closely with the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) where he also provides educational webinars on a multitude of topics. He manages several real estate holdings in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
