Judyann Lee McMillan Metro Faerber, PC
Judyann Lee McMillan Metro Faerber, PC My years of experience with common interest projects allows me to offer my clients clear, real-world advice. My real estate practice focuses primarily on issues surrounding common interest projects, including homeowners associations, commercial, residential and mixed-use condominiums, cooperatives, and timeshare resorts. I am licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia as well as Maryland, and I am knowledgeable in the relevant Acts in all of those jurisdictions, as well as other state and federal regulations. I frequently represent associations after their transition to homeowner management. I am also happy to leverage that practical operational knowledge to help McMillan Metro Faerber clients in the formation of these associations. I get real satisfaction from helping construct associations that anticipate issues and minimize the likelihood of future conflict. Read my recent article in Probate & Property, a Magazine from the American Bar Association to learn more about some of the issues I can help you with. An article in the Fall 2021 issue of The Beacon magazine, a publication of the Chesapeake Region Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, focuses on the latest Maryland legislative updates that affect Maryland community associations. If you need assistance with the governance and management of an existing association or the development of a new community association, I’d welcome the opportunity to talk about your needs.
