She has been the Vice President for the Community Association Practice of USI Insurance Services since December 2019. Prior to joining USI, she spent 14 years as an Executive Manager within the community association industry. With an extensive background in working with Boards of Directors of condominiums and cooperatives, Christa possesses a very select skill set and expertise in developing comprehensive insurance and risk management programs designed to meet the unique needs of community associations. She holds a Property & Casualty insurance license for DC, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. Michelle Jones, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, LSM General Manager at Lake Linganore Association, Inc Michelle Jones started her career in association management in 2011 as a portfolio manager for Property Management People and transitioned to on-site, large-scale management in 2017 as the General Manager for Lake Linganore Association in New Market, MD. Over the years, Michelle has served on the Board of several homeowners, civic, and volunteer associations as well as the Education and Magazine Committees for the CAI Chesapeake Chapter. She is excited to be a co-host for the 2024 Large-Scale Conference and hopes to continue her volunteer service with the local Chapter and CAI National.
