Melissa is a licensed insurance agent with 10 years of Community Association insurance experience. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Melissa spent 16 years in the field of Community Association management. She maintains her designations of PCAM, Professionally Certified Association Manager, CMCA, Certified Manager of Community Associations and AMS, Association Management Specialist. With Deeley Insurance Group, she serves as an advisor to Community Association clients, specializing in coastal communities and the unique risks they present.

Melissa lives in a community association and participates in the local community through the Autism Children’s Support Group of Worcester County, Inc. and through the volunteer outreach program Deeley Serves. She can be found serving meals at Hope and Life Outreach, beautifying Delmarva with Restore the Shore, or taking part in charity walks to raise funds for a variety of local causes.

Chad J. Toms is a partner with the mid-Atlantic law firm of Whiteford and a co-section head of its the Community Association Industry Group. Chad is licensed to practice law in Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
