Gettys, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has worked in the industry eight years, is a member of the WMCCAI Education Committee, and currently has the great pleasure of managing the Woodlands at Urbana, a developing 55+ community in Frederick, MD.

Denise Lewinski Homeowner Denise Lewinski is a retired Human Resources Director and has lived at The Woodlands at Urbana, a developing 55+ community in Frederick, Maryland since March 2021. She was one of the first two residents on the HOA Board and currently serves as Board Vice President. Denise has also served on the HOA Design Review Committee since April 2021 and started the Knitting and Crocheting Group that makes newborn baby hats for future residents (2078) of the Woodlands. Currently Denise is recruiting and organizing volunteers through the Association’s Committee process.
