A leader in the management of common-interest communities for over 30 years, Susan is a seasoned executive who is highly regarded for her superior leadership, organizational and financial management skills. Prior to founding CAMP, Susan served as the President & CEO of the two largest management firms in the Washington area. In addition, she has worked with leading area developers to consult for and subsequently manage some of the most prestigious and successful communities in the Washington market. Susan has extensive experience training managers and Board members alike and is a Certified Mediator. Susan has served on the Board of the Virginia Association of Community Managers and as the Chair of the Education Committee for the Chesapeake Chapter of CAI for two years. She earned her BA from American University and currently holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations.
