Community Association Management Professionals

Heather Graham is a highly respected management professional in the Washington Metropolitan area. For over 20 years she has been a true leader in the management of common interest communities and the professionals that serve them.

Heather has earned the professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), as well as the highest academic achievement in the industry – Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

Prior to joining CAMP as Executive Vice President, Heather was President and CEO of a large management company serving Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Delaware; managing nearly 300 community associations and 400 employees.

Heather has significant expertise in working with every premier developer of new communities, Active Adult/Over 55 associations, Volunteer Boards and their committees, transitions from developer control, warranty issues, and every facet of the day-to-day operations of community associations. During her dynamic career she performed as the site manager of large associations in the thousands of units, portfolio manager, Division Director, and Vice President, and President/CEO for a professional management company.

Heather is noted throughout the industry for her high integrity, knowledge, and commitment. Simply put, both community volunteers and professionals love working with her.

Heather also served on the Board of Trustees of WMCCAI (the largest CAI chapter in the United States), where she rose to serve as President of that body. She has been an industry speaker and was a guest panelist on the well respected cable show “Your Community, Your Call.” She has been the recipient of many awards for her volunteerism to the industry and the performance of the businesses she managed.

James Holt

Jim Holt came to Virginia in 1992 for a job with the Army at the Pentagon. During this time he became active in the Wellington HOA after moving into this large-scale community located in Manassas, VA. He joined the Board of Directors in 1996 and served as President of the Board from 1997 until 2000. In 2014, Jim moved to a very small 26 unit HOA community in Alexandria VA, where within a few months he was elected as the HOA Board President. He served in that position until he moved to Falls Church in 2021. Jim's experience with HOAs covers the spectrum of large to very small and he has successfully navigated the challenges inherent to both. Although no longer serving on a Board of Directors, Jim stays very busy with his family while also still working as an Analyst for the Missile Defense Agency.
