Cornell Lynch attained his Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in Public Policy, from the University of Baltimore. He is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore & Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in Law and Public Policy from Walden University. Cornell serves as a Human Capital Specialist to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Cornell has been actively involved with the Tougaloo College National Alumni Association. Cornell Lynch has lived in an HOA (Greenbelt Station Master Association) since July 2019. Cornell is currently the Vice President of the Greenbelt Station Master Association. Cornell has been an active Board Member since 2021 and served on the Greenbelt Station Covenants Committee before that.

Formally educated at numerous universities to include Marquette, Notre Dame, St. Louis, Wisconsin, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, San Diego, National, Hamline, and Thomas Cooley, I hold a B.A. in Political Science and History, an M.S. in Urban Affairs, an M.P.A. with a declared emphasis in Law, and a Juris Doctorate. I possess more than two decades of legal background servicing "Fortune 50" financial institutions and consumers along with a brief two-year period with the County of San Diego Municipal and Superior Criminal Court System. Positions held included Vice President, Director, and Manager. I attended more than two dozen national conferences and training seminars focusing on best practices. Presently, I have been employed for more than five years by a 123 year old Congressionally Chartered non-profit veterans service organization in a Director's capacity on the national staff managing the operation at the VA's Board of Appeals. In this role one function requires coordinating hearings throughout the country and Puerto Rico. I have attended over one dozen annual training conferences as either a student, facilitator, instructor, or combination. I recently sat on the U.S. Treasury's Historical Association Board of Directors for multiple two-year terms. I presently sit on the Board of Directors for the Preserve at Piscataway Homeowners Association.
