Coordinator, Michelle Jones General Manager at Lake Linganore Association, Inc. Michelle started her career in association management in 2011 as a portfolio and transitioned to on-site, large-scale management in 2017 as the General Manager for Lake Linganore Association in New Market, MD. Over the years, She has served on the Board of several homeowners, civic, and volunteer associations as well as the Education and Magazine Committees for the CAI Chesapeake Chapter. Last year, she had the privilege of chairing the Chapter’s Education Committee and two Large-Scale Managers Committee task forces for CAI National as well as co-hosted the 2024 Large-Scale Managers Workshop. This year, she is honored to serve on the Chapter Board and the National Large-Scale Managers Committee.
